This is a project suggested by Kevin Ross, who runs FIRST Washington.
Kevin's synopsis
Specifically, we could really use a web based system that could run the contests by having schedules, time keeping, and scoring on a server. The server would be able to support multiple views of the information using web pages. We can distribute the displays around the contest.
